RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS

ELIGIBILITY
• Open to all guests and customers of Paradores del Castillo during the promo period.

PROMO PERIOD
• Valid from November 19 to January 4, 2026.

HOW TO JOIN
• Customers will receive one (1) raffle ticket for every ₱3,000 single-receipt transaction within the promo period.
• No limit on the number of raffle entries.

RAFFLE DRAW
• The raffle draw will be held on January 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM, live on the Paradores del Castillo Facebook page.
• Winners will be drawn electronically under the supervision of authorized personnel.

PRIZES & STAY PERIOD
• Winning certificates are valid for stay or redemption from January 16 to March 16, 2026 only.
• Prizes are transferable and not convertible to cash.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
• Winners will be announced on the Paradores del Castillo Facebook page and will be contacted via their provided mobile number or email.
• Unclaimed prizes after the validity period will be forfeited.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES
• Winners must present a valid ID and the winning raffle stub (physical or digital) to claim their prize.

OTHER GUIDLINES
• Employees of Paradores del Castillo, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to join.
• The company reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts and winning entries.
• Participation in the promo implies agreement to all terms and mechanics.
